Byrne-DFINE — video object detection

A 4M-parameter D-FINE detector with the SpikeWhale HRM trait (Objects365 → COCO, 80 classes). Detection runs in PyTorch on an on-demand ZeroGPU — the whole clip is processed in a couple of seconds and returned as a smooth annotated video. Weights stream from Quazim0t0/Byrne-DFINE-N.
